Engineering & AI
Backend, frontend, mobile, ML, and data engineering. We build the marketplace, the AI pricing engine, the farmer app, and the logistics platform.
Product & Design
Product managers and designers who obsess over farmer and buyer experience. Many of our PMs have spent time in the field with farmers before shipping a single feature.
Field Operations
Our 200+ field agents are the face of KRIMT in villages across India. They onboard farmers, resolve disputes, and feed ground-truth data back to the product team.
Supply Chain & Logistics
Cold-chain network management, vehicle routing, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery. The team that keeps ₹180 crore of produce moving every year.
Buyer Success
Account managers and sales who work with supermarkets, restaurant chains, exporters, and food processors. You own the buyer relationship end to end.
Finance & Risk
Manages KRIMT Finance — crop loans, invoice financing, and insurance products for platform farmers. Works closely with our NBFC and insurance partners.

Senior Backend Engineer — Marketplace
Own the core marketplace API — order matching, pricing engine, and transaction processing. Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis.
ML Engineer — Price Forecasting
Build and improve the demand forecasting and dynamic pricing models that process 200+ data points per transaction. Python, PyTorch, Airflow.
Android Engineer — Farmer App
Build the offline-first KRIMT farmer app used by 10,000+ farmers on basic Android devices. Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Room.
Product Manager — Logistics
Own the cold-chain logistics product — route optimisation, IoT monitoring, and proof-of-delivery. 3+ years PM experience required.
State Head — Field Operations (Punjab)
Lead our Punjab field agent network. Farmer onboarding, dispute resolution, and ground-truth data collection. Fluent Punjabi required.
Buyer Success Manager — Exports
Own relationships with export-focused buyers. Understand APEDA regulations, phytosanitary requirements, and export documentation.
Data Analyst — Farmer Economics
Analyse farmer income data, credit risk, and platform economics. SQL, Python, and a genuine interest in agricultural economics.
UX Designer — Farmer App
Design for low-literacy users on basic Android phones. Field research in villages is part of the job. Figma, strong research skills.
