The rules that keep KRIMT fair.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the KRIMT platform, including our website, mobile application, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by KRIMT Agritech Private Limited ("KRIMT", "we", "our", or "us").

By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, or clicking "I Agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the KRIMT Platform you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law.

Farmers must hold valid land records or a lease agreement for the farm they register. Business buyers must hold a valid GSTIN and business registration. KRIMT reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify KRIMT immediately at support@krimt.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. KRIMT will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

One person or entity may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

The Platform is provided solely to facilitate direct trade between registered farmers and verified business buyers. Any use of the Platform for purposes other than legitimate agricultural commerce is prohibited.

You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; (b) manipulate prices or collude with other users; (c) use the Platform to harass, threaten, or defraud any other user; (d) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission; (e) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Platform's source code; (f) use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.

KRIMT reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend any account, or take any other action it deems necessary to maintain the integrity of the Platform, without prior notice.

All transactions on the KRIMT Platform are between the farmer (seller) and the business buyer (purchaser). KRIMT acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to any transaction.

Payments are processed through our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay). Farmers will receive payment within the timeframe specified at the time of listing, subject to successful delivery confirmation and quality verification.

KRIMT charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. The applicable fee rate is displayed at the time of listing and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except where a transaction is cancelled due to KRIMT's error.

Disputes between farmers and buyers regarding quality, quantity, or delivery must be raised within 48 hours of delivery through the Platform's dispute resolution mechanism. KRIMT's decision on disputes is final and binding.

Farmers agree to list only produce that meets the quality grade specified in their listing. Misrepresentation of quality, weight, or variety is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, financial penalties, and legal action.

KRIMT conducts random quality inspections at the point of pickup. If produce fails inspection, KRIMT reserves the right to reject the consignment, cancel the order, and charge the farmer for any costs incurred.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and data — is the property of KRIMT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By submitting content to the Platform (including listings, photos, and reviews), you grant KRIMT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRIMT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

KRIMT's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total platform fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

KRIMT does not guarantee the accuracy of market prices, demand forecasts, or crop advisory information provided on the Platform. These are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for commercial decisions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KRIMT, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any dispute between you and another user.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@krimt.com. Pending transactions must be completed or cancelled before account closure.

KRIMT may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Nashik, Maharashtra. The language of arbitration shall be English.
